Every engagement follows the same four phases. You always know what is happening, what it costs and what you will get at the end.
1. Align
We agree on the outcome, the people involved, the constraints and how success will be measured. Scope is written down before work starts.
You receive: a one-page brief with objectives, success measures, scope and a fixed or capped estimate.
2. Discover
We look at how the work happens today: the process, the data, the permissions and the licenses. Risks surface here, not in production.
You receive: a findings summary, a recommended design and an updated estimate.
3. Build
We deliver in short iterations you can see and test. Security, governance and cost controls are built in from the first iteration.
You receive: working software every iteration, test results and a running decision log.
4. Hand over
We document the solution, train the people who will run it and agree on how support works after go-live.
You receive: documentation, training, an admin guide and a support plan.
